Healthy food of the day!

Tonight I made a recipe from Rachael Ray using a great substitute if you are a pasta lover. I love Pasta and Anthony loves it too. There is nothing better than pasta with Cheese so tonight we had "Cheese & Pepper Spaghetti Squash" I made this as a side dish to Turkey Burgers on whole wheat buns tonight. I am trying to feed us a little better these days and that means trying new things that are healthy that will supplement our unhealthy habits. We love Mac & Cheese so much so this was a great experience. Here is the awesome recipe from Rachael Ray
